I’m so thankful for our new workshop since the renovations in 2012! We are spoiled with a lot of day light in the shop and enjoy a beautiful view down the Engadin valley!
I’m usually working with 1-2 trainees and my workshop is set up to build the guitars in small batches of 10-30 guitars in one go. We use heavy duty machinery and many self-made machine jigs where ever it helps to make things more precise and consistent or more efficient. For inlays and for making precise jigs we haves a small CNC router machine. However, there’s always a lot of fine hand work, sweat, passion and love involved which hopefully is also seen in the end results… 🙂
